Ingredients: Meat: Venison/Pork(94%), Garlic, Cracked Pepper, Water, Cure mix(5%): Salt, Soy Protein, Sugar, Rice Flour, Spices, Maize, Antioxidant(316), Acidity Regulator(331), Preservative(250), Fermented Red Rice.
The Full-Size Salami is about as long as an A4 piece of paper and the weight can vary a little depending on the maturity. Fresh they are about 650g, then as they mature and dry out they lose a bit of weight. A Half Size is half that weight and size.
